About The Position

ABM is seeking a reliable and experienced Janitorial Cleaner to perform cleaning duties that maintain a clean, safe, orderly, and sanitary environment across assigned facilities. The role supports the appearance and sanitation of the workplace and helps provide a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors. The position pays $20.20 per hour; a specific offer may vary based on experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.

This may be a good opportunity for someone entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. Previous janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning experience is a plus. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and maintain hygiene standards.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation.
