About The Position
The Janitorial Cleaner provides routine cleaning and sanitation services at the DeQueen Project Office in De Queen, Arkansas. The position is performed onsite every Tuesday and Thursday during normal business hours, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with cleaning completed before 2:30 PM. Additional deep-cleaning services are required semiannually in April and October.
Requirements
- Experience providing commercial or government facility janitorial services.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and safe chemical handling.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and perform physical cleaning duties.
- Ability to comply with facility security, safety, quality-control, and background-check requirements.
Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect offices, restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and high-touch surfaces.
- Collect trash, replace liners, replenish restroom supplies, and maintain sanitary conditions.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, dust furniture, and clean fixtures and entrance areas.
- Perform scheduled semiannual deep cleaning, window cleaning, and pressure washing of designated exterior areas.
