About The Position

Schylling is recruiting an experienced Janitorial Associate to support its growing operations. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and involves maintaining cleanliness and safety in assigned areas, including the warehouse. The associate may also assist with other warehouse functions such as VAS, unloading containers, and picking and shipping orders. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strict safety, quality, and production standards.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience in a related field.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards.
• Ability to report to work as assigned and eligibility for overtime.
• Ability to work on a supportive team to achieve customer and company goals.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• U.S. work authorization required.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Consent to a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and maintain hygiene standards.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and handle waste in accordance with company policy.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Clean warehouse areas, including sweeping, dusting, and removing garbage.
• Paint and touch up walls within the building.
• Stock general supplies within the building.
• Assist with other warehouse functions, including VAS, unloading containers, and picking and shipping orders.
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Prioritize safety and perform other duties needed to help fulfill the company's mission.
