Requirements

Comfort learning to drive and operate forklifts/pallet jacks in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
Ability to work on feet for the majority of a shift in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
Proven experience holding teams accountable, managing budgets/P&Ls, and driving employee retention.
Exceptional organization and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Prior forklift/pallet jack certification is a plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is a major advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage, coach, and inspire a team of 16 employees across multiple shifts, including 4 shift leads, to maintain high facility standards.
Spend approximately 75% of the shift on feet walking the floor, conducting daily slot inspections, and handling inventory adjustments.
Learn to operate, train, and certify the team on 2.5-ton heavy-duty pallet jacks and forklifts.
Serve as the main point of contact for the client, attending daily alignment meetings with executive leadership.
Manage the site's budget, labor tracking, P&L, and team retention.
