Requirements

Comfort learning to drive and operate forklifts/pallet jacks in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
Ability to work on feet for the majority of a shift in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
Proven experience holding teams accountable, managing budgets/P&Ls, and driving employee retention.
Exceptional organization and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Prior forklift/pallet jack certification is a huge plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is a major feather in your cap.

Responsibilities

Manage, coach, and inspire a team of 16 employees across multiple shifts, including 4 shift leads, to maintain elite facility standards.
Spend 75% of the shift on feet walking the floor, completing daily slot inspections, and handling inventory adjustments.
Learn to operate, train, and certify the team on 2.5-ton heavy-duty pallet jacks and forklifts.
Act as the main point of contact for the client, attending daily alignment meetings with client executive leadership.
Take ownership of the site's budget, labor tracking, P&L management, and team retention.
