The Janitorial Account Manager is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the facility(ies) or campus, including custodial, life-safety, engineering, site services, and general maintenance, are implemented and carried out in a manner consistent with C&W policies and client directives. This role involves managing contracts, supervising maintenance programs, responding to tenant requests, overseeing contract programs, ensuring documentation and reports are accurate, preparing and approving budgets and financial reports, coordinating budgets and business plans, assisting with capital budgets, collecting and reporting statistical data, hiring and training facility personnel, and monitoring tenant and vendor compliance with insurance requirements.
