About The Position

Janitorial Team Members set the pace for a clean and sanitary shift, providing dependable, fast service. They help maintain a safe and welcoming restaurant environment through daily sanitation, cleaning, trash disposal, and coordination with management on maintenance needs. The role includes safely handling cleaning chemicals and equipment and following applicable company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
Handle cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines and procedures, including safe use, storage, and disposal.
Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws, including health and safety standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
