About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment. They perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning throughout the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds; dispose of trash; and work with management to address maintenance needs. The role also involves safely handling cleaning chemicals and equipment, monitoring cleaning supplies, and following company policies and applicable health and safety standards. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
• Empty and properly dispose of trash.
• Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely, following all guidelines and procedures for use, storage, and disposal.
• Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, applicable laws, and health and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
