About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help provide a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment. They set the pace for a dependable, fast service experience by performing daily sanitation and deep cleaning throughout the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds. They also support maintenance needs, handle cleaning chemicals safely, monitor cleaning supplies, and follow company policies and applicable health and safety standards. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
• Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
• Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
• Handle cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines and procedures, including safe use, storage, and disposal.
• Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, applicable laws, and health and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
