About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment. They perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning throughout the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds; dispose of trash; and work with management to address maintenance needs. Team Members handle cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines and procedures, monitor cleaning supplies, and comply with company policies, procedures, laws, and health and safety standards. Other related duties may be assigned by management. The role calls for a friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members, the ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and the ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment. No experience is necessary. Responsibilities

Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
Empty and properly dispose of trash.
Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
Handle cleaning chemicals safely, following guidelines and procedures for use, storage, and disposal.
Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, laws, and health and safety standards.
Perform other related duties assigned by the management team.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
