About The Position

MSNW is seeking a part-time Janitor to maintain clean, organized, and safe environments at assigned client sites. The role involves completing cleaning tasks independently and on time while working with a supportive team. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with pay of $17.00–$19.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Be reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Have a positive attitude and take pride in delivering high-quality service.
• Be physically capable of standing and performing physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Have access to reliable transportation.
• Successfully complete a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of cleaning experience; preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and best practices; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize interiors, including floors, carpets, windows, and surfaces.
• Disinfect high-contact areas such as desks, door handles, and office equipment.
• Maintain cleaning supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.
• Clean restrooms and restock supplies.
• Operate cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, when necessary.
• Report safety issues or maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Complete cleaning tasks independently and on time.
