Merchants Building Maintenance is a full-service, family-owned and operated commercial cleaning company and one of the largest providers in the Southwestern US. The Janitor performs general cleaning and maintenance to keep the building clean and in good condition. Duties include vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors; cleaning and stocking restrooms; ensuring doors are locked after hours; and cleaning spills with appropriate equipment. This is a part-time, third-shift position with one opening.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning of the building and keep it maintained and in good condition.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
