Janitor - Southgate Chili's
About The Position
Janitorial Team Members are responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary restaurant and providing dependable, fast service. The role includes daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds; disposing of trash; and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Team Members work with management to address maintenance needs, follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals, and keep management informed when cleaning supplies need to be reordered. The position is available on a flexible part-time or full-time schedule. No experience is necessary.
Requirements

- Able to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Able to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.
- No experience necessary.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
- Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
- Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
- Handle cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines and procedures, including safe use, storage, and disposal.
- Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including health and safety standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
