Food Runners are primarily hired with the opportunity to grow their careers quickly into server roles. Chili's, founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975, is a casual dining restaurant known for burgers, smoked ribs, fajitas, and margaritas. Requirements
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, bottles, plates, and silverware.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
- Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
