About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean and sanitary restaurant environment while providing dependable, fast service. The role includes cleaning and sanitation work throughout the restaurant and grounds, handling cleaning chemicals safely, and working with management to address maintenance and supply needs. Team members also help ensure the restaurant meets company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.

Requirements

Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members.
Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.
No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
Handle cleaning chemicals properly, following safety guidelines and procedures for their use, storage, and disposal.
Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws, including health and safety standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
