About The Position
Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment. They provide dependable, fast service and perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning throughout the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds. They also handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, dispose of trash properly, monitor cleaning supplies, and work with management to address maintenance needs.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.
- No experience necessary.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
- Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
- Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
- Handle cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines and procedures, including safe use, storage, and disposal.
- Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws, including health and safety standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
