Requirements

• Must pass safety council
• Must pass a drug and background screen
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation
• Hazard Communication orientation/test
• Turner Industries Group, LLC. indoctrination
• OSHA approved corrective eye wear (Z87)
• Job site orientation
• Job site safety requirements as required by the client (clean shaven, long sleeves, steel toe boots, etc.)
• Safety equipment as required by the client (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, respirator, hearing protection, safety harness with lanyard, etc.)
• Applicant/employee must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of such individual or others in the work place

Responsibilities

• Maintain premises, rest and working areas of offices and industrial buildings and outer grounds in clean and orderly condition.
• Performs a combination of dusting furniture, walls, fixtures, or equipment.
• Sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, or buffering floors.
• Removing refuse.
• Polishing furniture, fixtures, or trimmings.
• Using janitorial supplies.
• Cleaning lavatories, showers, or rest rooms.
• Performs a variety of non-mechanic tasks.
• Spends time on the job or may be transferred from task to task as the project progresses.
• Assist skilled construction workers in performing their assigned duties.
