About The Position

CW Resources is hiring Janitors/Custodians to clean and maintain areas at the FBI Academy Campus in Quantico, Virginia. No prior experience is required; training is provided. Employees check in with a supervisor and teammates to review the daily cleaning plan, collect supplies and equipment, clean assigned areas, inspect them before the end of the shift, and return tools and supplies to storage. Obtaining and maintaining the appropriate security clearance and government base access is required to access the primary worksite. The clearance process may take time and will be discussed during the initial interview. Applicants eligible for the AbilityOne Program are encouraged to apply. The work is scheduled Monday through Friday, with a shift of either 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. The role involves frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive cleaning motions, as well as handling equipment and supplies weighing up to 25–30 pounds regularly. Work is primarily indoors in commercial buildings, with possible exposure to cleaning chemicals, dust, allergens, biohazardous materials, and noise from cleaning machinery. Training, personal protective equipment, hearing protection when necessary, and reasonable accommodations are available. Responsibilities

Check in with the supervisor and teammates to review the daily cleaning plan.
Collect and transport cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
Remove trash and replace trash bags.
Clean restrooms, replenish supplies, and wipe down tables, chairs, doors, and other surfaces.
Dust furniture, shelves, and vents.
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass doors.
Inspect assigned areas before the end of the shift to ensure they are clean and neat.
Return tools and supplies to the storage area.
