About The Position

The Janitor maintains supplies and the appearance of assigned company buildings. The role includes cleaning interior and exterior areas, setting up and breaking down meeting rooms, retrieving UPS shipments, maintaining cleaning and maintenance supplies and equipment, providing manual assistance as needed, maintaining grounds, and notifying managers when repairs are needed. The Janitor follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices. Regular attendance and punctuality are required because the role works with people, items, and equipment at the facility.

The position operates in office and warehouse environments, with some outdoor work. Conditions may be wet or dry, with temperatures ranging from 25°F to 110°F. The role requires occasional lifting, kneeling, and bending, including handling items in excess of 80 pounds, and involves exposure to hazardous materials and equipment. Production demands may require overtime and/or evening or weekend scheduling.

Requirements

• Janitorial experience is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required.

• English/Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.
