About The Position
Janitorial Team Members set the pace for a clean, sanitary shift and provide dependable, fast service. The role involves daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds; removing trash; and working with management to address maintenance needs. Team Members safely handle, store, and dispose of cleaning chemicals, monitor cleaning supplies, and comply with company policies, procedures, laws, and health and safety standards. They also perform other duties assigned by management and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment. No experience is necessary.
Requirements

- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
- Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
- Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow all guidelines and procedures for their use, storage, and disposal.
- Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, laws, and health and safety standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
