About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help provide a clean, sanitary restaurant environment and dependable, fast service. The role includes cleaning and sanitizing the restaurant, handling trash, coordinating maintenance needs with management, and using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely. Team Members also help maintain a safe and welcoming environment and comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable health and safety laws. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
Handle cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines and procedures, including safe use, storage, and disposal.
Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws, including health and safety standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
