About The Position

Chili’s is hiring a Janitor to help maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming restaurant. Janitorial Team Members set the pace for a clean shift and provide dependable, fast service while working as part of the team. No prior experience is necessary. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available.

Requirements

Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.
No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
Empty and properly dispose of trash.
Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
Handle cleaning chemicals safely according to applicable guidelines and procedures, including their use, storage, and disposal.
Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws, including health and safety standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
