About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment. They perform routine sanitation and deep cleaning throughout the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds, and work with management to address maintenance needs. The role involves handling cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, disposing of trash, monitoring cleaning supplies, and following company policies and applicable health and safety standards. No experience is necessary. Chili's offers a flexible part-time or full-time schedule, growth opportunities, and a supportive team atmosphere.

Requirements

Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
Empty and properly dispose of trash.
Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
Handle cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines and procedures, including their safe use, storage, and disposal.
Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws, including health and safety standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
