About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help provide a clean and sanitary restaurant environment and dependable, fast service. The role involves cleaning the restaurant and its grounds, handling cleaning chemicals and supplies safely, addressing maintenance needs with management, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
• Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
• Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
• Handle cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines and procedures, including safe use, storage, and disposal.
• Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws, including health and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
