About The Position

OneService Commercial Building Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual for a part-time evening janitorial position in a professional office environment in Hauppauge, NY. The schedule is Monday through Friday, after 5:00 PM, for 2.5–3 hours per evening (12.5–15 hours weekly). The pay is $17.00 per hour. The role reports to the Account Manager. Health benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment; benefits listed for this position include paid sick days and paid holidays.

Requirements

• Must be reliable and punctual.

• Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general office cleaning and porter duties.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Dust surfaces and maintain overall cleanliness.
