About The Position
The Janitor/Lawncare role maintains a clean, safe, and orderly facility through cleaning, sanitation, minor maintenance tasks, and lawn care. The position includes cleaning offices, lobby areas, breakrooms, and restrooms; maintaining floors and supplies; and caring for the facility’s lawn.

Responsibilities
- Clean offices, lobby areas, breakrooms, and restrooms.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Empty all trash.
- Restock restroom and breakroom supplies.
- Maintain the facility’s lawn, including mowing, shredding, and weed eating.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
