About The Position

CW Resources is hiring Custodians to help keep things clean and running smoothly. No experience is necessary as training will be provided. This role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance to access the primary worksite. Applicants eligible for the AbilityOne Program are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities

Check in with supervisor and teammates to go over the cleaning plan and daily tasks.
Gather cleaning supplies such as mops, brooms, vacuums, and disinfectants.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
Take out the trash and replace bags.
Clean restrooms, refill supplies, and wipe down surfaces like tables, chairs, and doors.
Dust furniture, shelves, and vents.
Wipe windows, mirrors, and glass doors.
Perform a final walk-through to ensure cleanliness and neatness.
Return tools and supplies to the storage area.
