About The Position

CW Resources is hiring Custodians to help keep things clean and running smoothly. This position is ideal for individuals eligible for the AbilityOne Program, which offers employment opportunities and services to adults with disabilities. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure confidence in performing all tasks. The role involves maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas, following a daily cleaning plan, and ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard before the end of the shift.

Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access.

Responsibilities

Check in with supervisor and teammates to go over the cleaning plan and daily tasks.
Gather and load cleaning supplies such as mops, brooms, vacuums, and disinfectants.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
Empty trash receptacles and replace bags.
Clean restrooms, refill supplies, and wipe down surfaces like tables, chairs, and doors.
Dust furniture, shelves, and vents.
Wipe windows, mirrors, and glass doors.
Conduct a final walk-through to ensure areas are clean and neat.
Return tools and supplies to the storage area.
