About The Position
CW Resources is hiring Custodians to help keep things clean and running smoothly. This role is ideal for individuals who qualify for the AbilityOne Program, a federal program that assists adults with disabilities in finding employment and support services. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure confidence in performing the job duties.

- Valid Real ID.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access.

Responsibilities
- Check in with supervisor and teammates to go over the cleaning plan for the day.
- Gather cleaning supplies such as mops, brooms, vacuums, and disinfectants.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace bags.
- Clean restrooms and refill supplies.
- Wipe down tables, chairs, doors, windows, mirrors, and glass doors.
- Dust furniture, shelves, and vents.
- Conduct a final walk-through to ensure areas are clean and neat.
- Return tools and supplies to the storage area.
