About The Position

IV Nutrition is hiring an IV Therapy Wellness Partner to provide exceptional clinical care while building meaningful relationships with clients and helping them understand and stay engaged in their personalized wellness journeys. The role combines hands-on IV and injection care with client education, relationship-building, and support for clients working toward their health and wellness goals. The position is clinic-based and includes frequent, direct client interaction throughout the workday.

The successful candidate will demonstrate accountability, initiative, professionalism, and a strong work ethic while continually developing knowledge of wellness, nutrition, functional health, IV therapies, and IV Nutrition’s services. Based on performance, leadership readiness, clinical competency, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships, the employee may become eligible for advancement to Assistant Clinic Director.

Requirements

• Active RN, LPN, Paramedic, or EMT license as required for the position and jurisdiction.
• Must practice within applicable licensure, certification, training, and scope-of-practice requirements.
• IV Therapy Certification as required.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong IV and injection skills.
• Excellent bedside manner and client-care approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and establish trust.
• Comfort educating and engaging clients.
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and personal accountability.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of clinical, emergency, or infusion experience.
• Experience in wellness, functional medicine, client education, hospitality, coaching, or relationship-based healthcare.
• Interest in wellness, preventative care, and functional medicine.
• Curiosity and motivation to continually learn about wellness and the human body.

• Provide clinical care and maintain client safety.
• Support clients throughout their wellness journeys.
• Educate clients about wellness and their services.
• Create a relationship-based client experience and build trust.
• Protect and support the client journey.
• Contribute to clinic operations.
• Partner collaboratively with the clinical team.
• Continue developing knowledge of wellness, nutrition, functional health, IV therapies, and the services offered by IV Nutrition.
• Demonstrate accountability, initiative, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
