About The Position

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead nursing staff and deliver wellness services in a studio environment. The Lead Registered Nurse combines clinical expertise with business and operational leadership, mentors nurses and front desk staff, and helps ensure exceptional client care, compliance, and achievement of performance goals. The role provides an alternative to a traditional clinic or emergency room setting, supporting clients on their health and wellness journeys. The nurse delivers clinical services including IV drips, injections, intramuscular shots, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and blood-test offerings. They educate clients about treatments and ingredients, make prescriptive recommendations aligned with wellness goals, document visits in electronic medical records, and provide therapeutic communication and customer service. The role also supports studio operations by training staff, maintaining safety and regulatory compliance, managing medical coverage and staffing, monitoring performance, and partnering with the General Manager on studio goals.

Requirements

Be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
Have at least two years of nursing experience in an acute care setting, such as ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar.
Hold Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Have at least one year of experience administering IVs and injections.
Be comfortable using electronic medical records to document client details.
Maintain a non-judgmental outlook and demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse clientele.
Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Value ethics and integrity.
Work effectively in a team environment and independently.
Be willing to adhere to all policies and procedures and maintain medical compliance.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent nursing care and expert guidance to clients.
Administer IV drips, injections, and other medical services with precision and professionalism.
Provide prescriptive recommendations aligned with clients’ wellness goals.
Educate clients about the qualities and benefits of IV drip and intramuscular shot ingredients.
Administer Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions.
Use blood-test offerings to help clients optimize their wellness.
Provide therapeutic communication and exceptional customer service.
Promote memberships and medical services based on client needs.
Train and support registered nurses in clinical operations and protocols.
Educate front desk staff about medical services to enhance client support.
Ensure compliance with medical, safety, and regulatory standards.
Share policy updates and act as a liaison between the corporate team and the location.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Document client visits using electronic medical records.
Address client questions using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide under the supervision of the Medical Director and licensed Advanced Practice Providers.
Communicate client issues or adverse effects to the medical compliance team.
Conduct personnel performance evaluations and counseling when necessary, and take disciplinary action when needed.
Drive medical department revenue through sustainable strategies and service excellence.
Partner with the General Manager to develop and implement activations, such as Performance Medicine, to meet studio goals.
Monitor medical KPIs and adjust processes to achieve results.
Collaborate with the General Manager and leadership team to integrate medical services into studio operations.
Manage scheduling and staffing for medical coverage.
Conduct in-person interviews for nurse candidates and partner with the General Manager to onboard new hires.
