Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or four (4) years of relevant work experience.
3 years of experience as a ITSM Developer, or a total of seven (7) years of experience in lieu of degree.
Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, ITSM APIs.
Experience with ITSM processes and Service Portal development.
Experience with CMDB and ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping).
Experience with HRSD, SecOps, GRC, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
ITSM Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Nice To Haves

FreshService/Freshworks experience strongly preferred
Additional certifications such as ITIL Foundation, ITSM Certified Implementation Specialist, or ITSM Certified Application Developer

Responsibilities

Designing, developing, and implementing ITSM solutions to meet business needs.
Configuring out-of-the-box features.
Developing custom applications.
Integrating ITSM with third-party systems.
Hands-on development within the ITSM platform including but not limited to client scripts, business rules, ui actions, ui policies, data policies, workflow, flow designer, integration hub spokes, script includes, catalog items, portal widgets, ui pages, event and alert rules.
