About The Position

Ingenovis Talent Operations (ITO) Implementation Director is responsible for implementing a suite of workforce solutions including Managed Service Provider (MSP), Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Referred Worker Programs (payrolling), Internal resource pool (IRP) optimization and workforce consulting and assessment services, within our client organizations to manage the acquisition and engagement of contingent, internal flexible and full-time labor. These service offerings combine people, processes and technology designed specifically for each client, to deliver value, process and efficiency in all aspects of contingent labor management. The role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with ITO and client objectives. The Director will manage cross-functional teams, develop implementation strategies and maintain strong client relationships throughout the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business, IT, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years in healthcare workforce solutions including MSP and VMS project management, implementation roles, and or MSP program management.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale implementations and client onboarding.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Expertise in project management tools and methodologies (PMP certification preferred).
  • Ability to manage complex projects and build strong client relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage competing deliverables on-time and in a quality manner
  • Be organized to handle multiple task with differing deliverables and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute implementation plans for workforce solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and organizational standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent implementations, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead and mentor implementation teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Delivery, Client Success, Clinical Operations, Compliance, Finance) as well as external vendor partners to ensure successful implementation and execution.
  • Acts as the key contact to assure accurate and consistent communication throughout the implementation.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client requirements and customize solutions accordingly.
  • Provide regular updates and status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine implementation methodologies to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in MSP solutions.
