The Program Implementation Coordinator is a critical player in facilitating the successful integration of new programs to meet the needs of AMO’s partners for AMO’s platform and/or Network Development Services (NDS). This role serves as a bridge between sales/business development and operational service delivery by AMO and its clinical sites. This role is responsible for implementing operating procedures across the program operations and recruitment teams to ensure an orderly implementation of new programs. This person will work closely with recruiters to build relationships with new potential clinical sites and preceptors during the onboarding stage, after qualification by a recruiter, to obtain the required information for a program to go live on AMO’s website and will work closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth transition from the recruitment stage to the go live stage. The new Program Implementation Coordinator should be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and who is ready to be a proactive member of an innovative team. While this position can be fully remote, we are looking for candidates to be residents of Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, New York, Ohio, or Texas.
