Requirements

Computer skills.
Ability to use a 10-key calculator.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well under pressure and with deadlines.
Ability to adapt to repeated interruptions.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
Ability to work without close supervision.
Knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent.
One (1) year of experience with computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Performs the daily item processing of all paper-based transactions.
Processes courier and bank mail work as directed.
Captures all Operations Center proof work.
Keys and Balances all proof work generated and received through any remote source capture unit.
Sorts Mail.
