About The Position

JAKKS Pacific, Inc., a leading designer and marketer of toys and consumer products, with a wide range of products that feature some of the most popular brands and children's toy licenses in the world, currently seeks an experienced, energetic, self-starter for the role of Item Integrity/Sales Operations Specialist for our headquarters in Santa Monica, CA. The ideal candidate will be proactive in asking questions and take ownership of their responsibilities. The primary directive of the Item Integrity/Sales Operations Specialist is to support our internal teams through product management, data entry, item quality control, and data analysis.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of data entry experience.
  • Ability to execute multiple projects and deliverables within tight timelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, business acumen, and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and discuss solutions both in-person and remotely.
  • Microsoft suite (Word, PP, Excel).
  • Able to effectively prioritize and organize a substantial amount of work.
  • Work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior CPG/JD Edwards/Retail Item Number experience a plus.
  • Retail Link (Wal-Mart) System Knowledge.
  • Partners Online, VMM, IMN, Data Sync System Knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Work with sales, purchasing, and marketing teams on new and existing products.
  • Maintain ERP database by entering new and updated product attributes daily.
  • Verify item attributes and data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
  • Lead integrations that support greater facilitation of communication and efficiency between cross- functional teams.
  • Liaison between our Hong Kong Merchandise/Engineering teams to ensure requests are handled in a timely manner.
  • Run reports to resolve errors.
  • Manage weekly costing updates.
  • Collaborate with Operations team to adjust pricing discrepancies for Sales teams.
  • Provide direction to cross-functional teams on the proper use of UPC numbers, item dash-codes, and item status updates.
  • Assist with product audits for Sales teams.
