Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Strong proficiency in English to communicate within our international professional environment.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to process complex information regarding social media content policies.
- Proven ability to work in an on-site office environment based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
- Passion for social media and a high level of personal resilience.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and social media policies.
- Investigate reports of policy violations, including harassment, hate speech, and graphic content, to maintain platform safety.
- Utilize your native-level Italian to interpret cultural nuances and maintain high-quality safety standards.
- Collaborate with global teams to identify emerging trends and patterns of abuse within the social media ecosystem.
- Maintain detailed documentation and reporting on moderation actions taken during your daily shifts.
- Contribute to the ongoing refinement of moderation guidelines to improve user experience in the digital space.
- Participate in regular feedback sessions to ensure consistent performance and alignment with industry regulations.
