About The Position
Language Trainers is seeking a freelance Italian Teacher for a client in Baltimore, United States. This is a one-to-one general Italian course with a total of 23 hours, with sessions lasting two hours each. The lessons will take place at the student's home. The student is at an elementary level, aged 65 and over, and prefers to have lessons once per week on Mondays or Tuesdays at 3 pm. The preferred start date is ASAP. The student's motivation for learning Italian is family heritage.
Requirements
- Native Italian speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.
- Valid work permit/visa.
- Live within 20 miles of Baltimore, United States.
- Ability to submit CV with references, availability, and earliest possible start date.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one general Italian language training.
- Conduct lessons at the student's place.
- Adapt teaching to an elementary level student.
- Schedule lessons on Mondays or Tuesdays at 3 pm, with flexibility based on availability.
