Project Documentation: Create, maintain, and update documentation for system procedures, workflows, and technical specs. Data Analysis: Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data to identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement. Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent certifications. Experience: Require 3–5 years of experience in systems analysis, ideally within a retail or grocery environment. Communication: Exceptional skill in translating complex technical concepts for non-technical retail managers and store associates.
