About The Position

System Analysis & Optimization: Evaluate and improve existing retail systems, including Point-of-Sale (POS), inventory systems, and warehouse management software.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to perform root-cause analysis on system bugs and conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed technology investments.
Technical Support & Testing: Provide high-level technical support, troubleshoot issues, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades.
Project Documentation: Create, maintain, and update documentation for system procedures, workflows, and technical specs.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data to identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent certifications.
• 3–5 years of experience in systems analysis, ideally within a retail or grocery environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve existing retail systems, including Point-of-Sale (POS), inventory systems, and warehouse management software.
• Perform root-cause analysis on system bugs
