Requirements

Associates Degree in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must know client operating systems (Windows 11)
Basic networking skills
A++ certification a plus
Excellent communication and able to follow direction
Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

Responsible for the administration of systems, diagnosis of faults, repairs and licensing.
Monitors computer/process related equipment.
Maintain computer networking, including hardware and software at the facility.
Oversee client operating systems.
Supports IT related production systems.
Monitor computer/process related equipment.
Maintain computer networking, including hardware and software assembly.
Oversee operating systems, install and or remove software as necessary.
Train users in the basic operation of pc hardware and software and related office components (i.e. printers, copiers, facsimiles, etc.).
Monitor assigned system component on a 24 hour/7 day basis.
Responds to system malfunctions and takes indicated corrective action during/after normal business hours.
Research and recommend network and data communications hardware and software, both independently and at the request of the IT Manager.
Follows procedures to ensure system and equipment security and to protect file integrity.
Install, configure and support the company (LAN/WAN) and internet system, monitor network including internal and external security measures, monitor assigned system components 24 hours/7 days per week, and respond to system issues.
Ensure a safe working environment by observing safe work practices and by following all safety policies and procedures.
Other duties, as assigned.
