Requirements

Currently pursuing a college degree
Commit to working through the 2026 peak operating season (mid May– mid August)
Flexible availability (schedules include nights, weekends, and holidays).
Excellent human relations and communication skills
Working knowledge of Windows, Cisco IOS, and/or Avaya
Excellent written/verbal communication skills and be comfortable speaking over a radio
Basic math skills
Basic analog phone troubleshooting skills
Able to recognize and address service design (according to ITIL methodology processes) concerns; to include service levels, availability management and information/physical security management
Able to lift up to 75 pounds and push/pull up to 150 pounds
Able to climb ladders and be comfortable working at heights up to 100 feet
Comfortable working around fumes/dust/odor
Comfortable working around animals
Able to work in all weather conditions
Previous public speaking/presentation experience required
Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift

Nice To Haves

Previous leadership or theme park experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Park tours with members of your leadership team
Planned meeting sessions with members of your leadership team
Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs
Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing)
Must provide flexible, consistent availability (including nights, weekends and holidays).
Consistently practice safe work habits including the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and reporting unsafe situations
Ability to successfully complete all legal, company and department training requirements within established timelines
Perform cleaning duties; including use of cleaning chemicals
Must be willing to comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat
Must be able to complete all required Train-the-Trainer programs and certifications required for delivery of trainings
