We currently have an opening on our talented Information Technology team, and are in need of an IT Technician. As an IT Technician, you will utilize your help desk experience to provide technical support throughout the global SPIROL organization. You are the first level of escalation for all IT related issues and requests, and you'll flex your strong communication skills to provide an exceptional customer experience for the SPIROL team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a help desk position, supporting multiple users.
- High School diploma (or equivalent).
- Strong sense of ownership.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong sense of urgency and proactive approach.
Nice To Haves
- Global experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support throughout the global SPIROL organization.
- Serve as the first level of escalation for all IT related issues and requests.
- Deploy new hardware.
- Configure user access.
- Manage printers/print servers.
- Work with LAN and WAN.
- Support cyber security programs.
