Work from our corporate office in Sheridan, WY. WWC is an independent, employee-owned, multi-disciplinary, civil engineering design firm. We have over 150 employees and have served the Rocky Mountain region since 1980 in Wyoming and Montana.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 & Intune a plus is required to manage documentation and communication effectively.
  • Experience with Windows domains and Active Directory.
  • An industry-recognized Help Desk Certification and experience in a help desk environment will provide a solid foundation for addressing technical inquiries.
  • Excellent customer service skills are paramount, as you'll be interacting with team members to resolve their IT concerns.
  • Strong organizational abilities will help you manage tasks efficiently, while effective verbal and written communication skills will aid in conveying technical information clearly.
  • You should be capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • The ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, along with familiarity with software installations and IT security principles, will further enhance your effectiveness in this role.
  • Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Checking and addressing any urgent technical issues reported by our team.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
  • Installing and configuring new equipment.
  • Assisting in regular system maintenance, ensuring all systems are secure and updated.
  • Collaboration with other departments to resolve user concerns and enhance their technological experience.
