Requirements

Associate’s degree in Information Sciences and Technology or equivalent education/experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational abilities with multitasking proficiency under tight deadlines.
Independent worker with effective teamwork skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Fluent in English; bilingual a plus
Access to reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license required.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering Technology.

Responsibilities

Monitor branch connectivity and deploy routers to keep our network pulse strong.
Tackle the "Big Four" (Computer, Phone, Email, Printer) via our ticketing system, ensuring no glitch slows us down.
Assemble high-performance workstations for new team members and master the rollout of critical software.
Manage system access, reset passwords, and serve as the first line of defense by spotting and reporting cybersecurity threats.
