Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
• Basic understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.

• A commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive healthcare information.

Nice To Haves

• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST).
• Previous experience in a similar IT support role.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems or EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including staff and clients, in resolving hardware and software issues.
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications used within the organization, including EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of network equipment, ensuring stable connectivity for all users.
• Promote and enforce IT security policies and guidelines to safeguard sensitive healthcare information.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of IT assets, service requests, and issue resolution processes.
• Assist in managing IT inventory, tracking equipment, and ensuring proper allocation and disposal of assets.
• Provide basic training to users on IT systems and best practices.
