Requirements
- 3 years of IT experience OR Associates or bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree. Certifications are a plus
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- IT WMS software systems experience related to managing a warehouse.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Able to write understand Macros.
Responsibilities
- Supports the operation of all IT equipment including laser & thermal printers, android mobile scanners, network infrastructure, etc.
- Installs, supports, and maintains hardware & software systems including our proprietary operational software while supporting the operation.
- Continually audits our systems used in our plant to ensure operation.
- Gain knowledge of our WMS (Streme) and the understanding and ability to support, configuration.
- Sets up RF scanners, audits and sends in for service.
- Knowledge and understanding of EDI and exchange of data through web services.
