About The Position

Sidney Health Center is seeking an IT Technician to join their I CARE team in the Information Systems department. This role provides first-level service desk support, telephony and printing support, and desktop and endpoint support. The Information Systems team is crucial for ensuring caregivers have the technology they need to deliver exceptional patient care. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer-service or technical-support experience preferred.
Strong troubleshooting instincts, including the discipline to ask "what�s the actual problem?" before reaching for a fix.
Curious, coachable, and eager to learn and grow into greater technical depth over time.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level (Tier-1) service desk support: triage, first-touch resolution, and routing of tickets to the appropriate specialist when deeper support is needed.
Image, configure, and support desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices.
Support telephony and voice services, including desk and wireless handsets, voicemail, call routing and auto-attendants, the on-call phone, overhead paging, and nurse-call service.
Support fax-as-a-service (XMedius) for end users.
Maintain the multifunction printer (MFP) fleet, including print queues, drivers, and consumables.
Support clinically critical wristband, label, and lab printers.
Provide responsive, courteous customer service to staff and providers throughout the organization.
Document work in the ticketing system and contribute to the department's knowledge base.
Escalate physical/low-voltage and server/platform issues to the appropriate specialists.
