This role is focused on deep troubleshooting, Linux support, identity systems, and network triage. You’ll be the frontline technical expert for employees, capable of diagnosing complex issues across Linux systems, identity platforms (Okta, JumpCloud), and on prem network infrastructure. This role is critical to keeping our manufacturing environment running smoothly and requires someone who is comfortable going deep technically while still being highly responsive and collaborative.

Ensure endpoints are properly enrolled, compliant, and operational.
  • Network Troubleshooting & Support: Act as first responder for network related issues onsite. Troubleshoot connectivity problems (wired & wireless). Assist with switch troubleshooting (ports, VLANs, cabling issues), wireless network issues, and identifying outages or degraded performance. Partner with the Network Engineer on escalations and implementations.
  • Hands On IT Operations: Support hardware lifecycle (deployment, repair, replacement). Assist with manufacturing floor IT needs and rapid response issues. Own problems end to end, not just ticket resolution.
