About The Position

Ensure systems run efficiently and securely, requiring strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise. Responsible for assisting in the support and service of Cliff Castle Casino’s IT infrastructure systems’ needs. Will provide timely MIS service to Cliff Castle Casino's End Users.

Requirements

• HS DIPLOMA
• Three (3) years as an IT Technician
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, organizational, and planning skills.
• Ability to diagnose basic electronic problems in equipment such as: computers, monitors, data lines, sound systems, phones and printers.
• Certification in CompTIA Network+ and A+
• Must be 18+ years old
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
• Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
• Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service through a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment.
• Aim to exceed guest expectations with attentive, personalized service and prompt responses and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT Technician I in completing work related tasks as needed.
• Perform installation and maintenance of Cliff Castle Casino Information Technologies equipment systems.
• Work with outside vendors for system related products and equipment.
• Perform scheduled cleaning of Information Technologies printers as well as testing of Information Technologies computers systems.
• Maintain records of all Information Technologies Access Changes and Equipment installations performed.
• Build and install computers and servers as needed.
• Pull and install data/audio/video lines as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
